Calhan, Colorado, 2010. Last day of the El Paso County Fair. Start was inside the fair. There were two trails, a 5K through town, and a 10K out to and around the Paint Mines Park. We did the 5K through town because we had not seen the town really, then drove out to the Paint Mines Park and did about another 5k looking at all the spectular scenery in the park. If you have never been there, you need to go, as the pictures really do not do it justice. Then, stop in at Cadillac Jacks. You will not believe what is in that little building. Enjoy
